Our estimator uses the exact tile dimensions and 9-pedestal system to give you a precise, buildable number.
Each Kempas tile is 24" x 24" = 4 sq ft. We divide your total area by 4 sq ft, then add your selected waste buffer for edge cuts and irregular shapes.
Each tile uses 9 pedestals — 8 outer pedestals shared with neighboring tiles in a grid-lock pattern, plus 1 center pedestal per tile that is never shared. A 10% buffer is automatically added to cover any pedestals lost or damaged during installation.
